The Icicle is over for another year, but what a fantastic event.    We managed to get two flights completed from Savernake Forest with around 50 other balloons.

The Saturday morning flight saw us drift towards the west and land in Oare after experiencing a very hard land as a result of wind curlover from the trees.

The Sunday morning flight was just as eventful, with a propane leak in the basket just before takeoff, thankfully we sorted the  problem and we to West Woodhay and landed after 40 minutes after clearing miles and miles of no landing zones.

Fantastic event!  And we will be back next year…
